Helping America's Most Vulnerable

Helping Young Offenders Change Course

Positive Pathways Program

Helping young offenders change their lives for the better remains a major challenge in the New Orleans area. Volunteers of America is providing employment training and support services to youth formerly involved in the juvenile justice system. This program is intended to provide youth from high-poverty, high-crime communities, with the support and guidance needed to rebuild their lives. Using the strategies of the Positive Pathways Program model, the P3 program addresses the problems these young people face in gaining employment.
