This scattered site housing program provides permanent housing to persons who are homeless and disabled and their families in St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Livingston, St. Helena, and Washington Parishes.
Case Management services are also provided to housing participants to support their move from homelessness into a stable living environment. We connect them to community support services to help them enter the job market. To learn more, call (985) 674-0488.
