The primary mission is to coordinate and deliver comprehensive humanitarian services to displaced Louisianians and to provide opportunities for those in other states to return home.
LFRC’s family liaisons, highly trained professionals, work with individuals and families one-on-one to provide intensive case management and maintain long-term relationships.
Family liaisons can offer:
• Comprehensive assessment of individual needs with family-driven plans to assist in rebuilding lives
• One-on-one contact with trained professionals
• Comprehensive referral system to service providers.
Volunteers of America is contracted to provide these services in Orleans and Jefferson Parishes.
