Give a Gift
When you support Volunteers of America, you help transform the lives of people in need in 16 south Louisiana parishes. Since Volunteers of America came to New Orleans in the 1890s, we’ve grown to help more than 72,000 persons a year--one person at a time.
Your gift extends a hand up to children, families, seniors and persons with disabilities. It unites children in foster care with adoptive parents, helps veterans and recovering substance abusers who are homeless, runs community homes for persons with disabilities, supplies senior housing, helps at-risk inner city youth and keeps Repairs on Wheels going for seniors.
There are many ways to help. Check the menu on the left for options.
Volunteers of America, locally and nationally, has won acclaim for its efficiency and prudent management. 88 cents of every dollar goes directly to help people in need.
