The Joe W. and Dorothy Dorsett Brown Foundation is a long-time friend of Volunteers of America Greater New Orleans. Over the years the Brown Foundation has generously supported our programs serving veterans, persons with disabilities, adoptive families, people recovering from substance abuse, as well as our volunteer and children’s programs.

Home Depot Foundation
Since beginning its partnership with Volunteers of America in April 2011, The Home Depot Foundation has pledged more than $4 million to the organization over three years to benefit homeless veterans by repairing and renovating properties where veterans and their families live. Each project includes numerous opportunities for Team Depot volunteers to get involved as well. Together, we have been able to refurbish or build housing for more than 1,000 homeless veterans and many of their family members.

ForeKids! Foundation raises money for several children's organizations through golf tournaments. ForeKids! supports Volunteers of America Greater New Orleans by providing the TPC Louisiana course for our GolfStar Classic tournament, which benefits our Adoption program.
